What you need before a Level 6 skin course

The Level 6 certificates in advanced chemical skin peeling and advanced skin needling are designed for people who already work in beauty or aesthetics.

The usual entry rules

• You are aged 18 or over
• You hold a recognised Level 3 beauty therapy qualification or equivalent, including anatomy and physiology, or a recognised Level 3 access certificate in aesthetic therapies
• A Level 3 basic life support and anaphylaxis qualification is recommended

If you are missing something

Anatomy and physiology can be studied online at Level 3, and the foundation course is a route for beginners. Ask us which one fits your starting point.

These courses build on earlier knowledge of skin and safe working. Meeting the entry rules means you can follow the material and treat people responsibly.
